General Evaluation | $135 with GPA | $110 without GPA
A General Evaluation (also known as a ‘document-by-document’ report) identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credentials received, and the United States equivalent of your study.
This report is suggested for:
- Freshman and Graduate Admission (where no transfer credit is requested)
- Employment
- Immigration
- Military Enlistment
Course-by-Course Evaluation | $195
This report identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credentials received, and the United States equivalent of your study. Additionally, this report lists the individual courses taken for each postsecondary credential received, a US equivalent credit/unit value and grade. A US equivalent grade point average (GPA) is included.
This report is suggested for:
- Undergraduate and Graduate Admission
- Employment
- Professional Licensure
- Secondary School Placement
Note: When submitting high school and university level credentials, this report includes a general statement of equivalency of secondary-level (high school) studies. If you would like the individual courses and grades received for your secondary-level (high school) studies included on your report with your post-secondary studies, you may request to add high school courses to your report. Please select Course-by-Course including High School courses ($225) on your application form.
Nursing Licensure Evaluation | $450
This report includes US equivalent for all credentials submitted, US equivalent GPA, breakdown of all courses taken, institutions attended, dates of attendance and additional information required by state licensing/certification boards.

Subject Analysis Evaluation | $250-$325
Identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credentials received, and the United States equivalent. Additionally, this report lists the individual courses taken for each credential received, a US equivalent credit value and grade. Please note: this evaluation report includes specific information requested by individual licensing boards; please check with your board to determine if this type of report is required. A US equivalent grade point average (GPA) is included.
ACCOUNTING LICENSURE [ more + ]
Important Information for Accounting Applicants
- Applicants should request our ‘Accounting Subject Analysis’ evaluation report.
- The fee for this evaluation is $250.
- The report will be completed in 5-10 approximately business days upon receipt of all necessary documentation; however, there are periods when completion time can vary based on our application volume. Please contact us regarding turnaround time if you must have your evaluation in less time than 5-10 business days.
Before proceeding with your request for an evaluation please note the following:
- Please check with the particular state board of Accountancy to which you are applying; not all states accept evaluation reports from Educational Perspectives. Refunds will not be given if you cancel the evaluation process once it has begun.
- Please make arrangements to have official copies of your educational credentials sent directly to Educational Perspectives by the issuing institution; evaluations for professional licensure in Accounting cannot be prepared on the basis of photocopies of documents or unofficial educational credentials. Be aware that this process may add additional time to the evaluation process – plan accordingly.
- In order to prepare an evaluation that will be useful to you and your Accountancy board, Educational Perspectives requires that you submit an official syllabus, curriculum, or plan of studies for all postsecondary programs you have completed outside the United States. The syllabus must accurately describe the content of all courses completed for your accounting program and must be contemporary to the time of study for your degree.
- We do not return or release any official academic documentation sent directly to us by the issuing institution: English translations, curricula, syllabi and academic credentials sent directly to us by the issuing institution become the property of Educational Perspectives.

Identifies the institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credentials received, and the United States equivalent. Additionally, this report lists the individual courses taken for each credential received, a US equivalent credit value and grade. Please note: this type of evaluation report is only prepared through prior arrangement between your institution and Educational Perspectives. A US equivalent grade point average (GPA) is included.
